Borrowing Base. The Administrative Agent and each Lender hereby redetermine and increase the Borrowing Base, effective as of the date hereof, to $1,600,000,000, and (b) the Administrative Agent, each Lender and the Borrower hereby agree and acknowledge that such redetermined Borrowing Base shall remain in effect until the date such Borrowing Base is otherwise adjusted pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement.
