Example Definitions of "Borrowing Base"
Borrowing Base. Means an amount, determined as of the date of the Borrowing Base Certificate then most recently delivered pursuant to this Agreement, equal to the sum, without duplication, of the following values:(a) 100% of Cash then held in a Collateral Account;(b) Eligible Inventory, determined in accordance with the Applicable Advance Rate; and(c) Inter-Harvest Excess.
Borrowing Base. Shall mean an amount, determined as of the date of the Borrowing Base Certificate then most recently delivered pursuant to this Agreement, equal to (1) the sum, without duplication, of values associated with the following collateral security of the Borrowers:(a) 100% of Cash then held in a Collateral Account; and(b) 50% of Pledged Inventory, determined in accordance with the Applicable Advance Rate. 1
Borrowing Base. "(ii) the lesser of (A) eighty-five percent (85%) of Eligible Accounts in respect of which the account debtor is an Approved Foreign Account Debtor, or (B) $15,000,000, plus"
Borrowing Base. Means, at any time, the sum of (a) Domestic Accounts, plus (b) Unbilled Accounts, minus (c) Customer Deposits.
Borrowing Base. Means, at any time, the sum of (a) up to 85% of the Borrowers' Eligible Accounts at such time, plus (b) the lesser of (i) up to 60% of the Borrowers' Eligible Inventory, valued at the lower of cost or market value, determined on a first-in-first-out basis, at such time and (ii) the product of 85% multiplied by the Net Orderly Liquidation Value percentage identified in the most recent inventory appraisal ordered by the Administrative Agent multiplied by the Borrowers' Eligible Inventory, valued... at the lower of cost or market value, determined on a first-in-first-out basis, at such time, minus (c) Reserves related to the Borrowers, minus (d) the Availability Block. The maximum amount of Inventory which may be included as part of the Borrowing Base is $31,500,000. Borrowing Base. Means, at any time, the lesser of: (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount, and (b) the sum of (i) 60% of Eligible Receivables Value, (ii) the lesser of (A) $20,000,000, or (B) 50% of Eligible Finished Goods Value, (iii) 20% of Eligible Parts Value, and (iv) 10% of Eligible Raw Materials Value.
Borrowing Base. Borrowing Base. Means at any time the lesser of: (a) the Maximum Line; or (b) subject to change from time to time in the Lender's sole discretion, the sum of: (i) 85% of Eligible Accounts, plus (ii) during the Foreign Accounts Eligibility Period, the lesser of (A) 85% of Eligible Foreign Accounts or (B) $1,500,000; plus (iii) the lesser of (A) 34% of Eligible Inventory that consists of raw material, or (B) $2,500,000; plus (iv) the lesser of (A) 50% of Eligible Inventory that consists of works in progress, or... Borrowing Base.
