Example Definitions of "Bounty"
Bounty. Has the meaning set forth in Exhibit E attached hereto.
Bounty. A one-time payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each new subscriber who subscribes to the Company's services through one of Virenta's marketing programs or through one of the Strategic Partners introduced to the Company by Virenta; provided, however, that the new subscriber remains a customer of the Company for at least 90 days and has a monthly average revenue of at least $15.00 per month for those 90 days.
Bounty. Means the amount that Clearwire shall pay Circuit City for each Qualified Subscriber generated by Circuit City's promotional efforts hereunder as specifically set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.
