Brand Income Contract

Brand Income Contract. Means any Contract to which Participant is or becomes a party, or under which Participant is obligated to perform, or from which Participant receives any benefit, and in each case which is in the Field, other than Contracts excluded in their entirety (if any) pursuant to the definition of Excluded Income.

Brand Income Contract.
