Example Definitions of "BRAND TEAM"
BRAND TEAM. Licensee shall appoint a group of individuals (the "Brand Team"), who shall be dedicated to the development, marketing and sale of the Licensed Products. The Brand Team shall include a "Brand Captain" who shall be the primary contact for day-to-day communications with Licensor regarding the Licensed Products. Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, Licensee shall submit to Licensor organizational charts showing the positions and reporting structure of the key employees in...
