BRANDING SPECIFICATION

BRANDING SPECIFICATION. Shall mean the specifications in Exhibit C, and such other design specifications as Microsoft may hereafter provide from time to time, for using the Licensed Trademarks on a Software Title and/or on related product packaging, documentation, and other materials.
