Brasa Entity

Brasa Entity. Means the Company, and each of its direct or indirect subsidiaries and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise with respect to which Indemnitee serves as a director, officer, employee, partner, representative, fiduciary or agent, or in any similar capacity, at the request of the Company, including, without limitation, Brasa (Purchaser) Inc., Brasa (Holdings) Inc., and Fogo de Chão (Holdings) Inc.
