Breach

Breach. Shall mean a breach by either the Grantee or the Company, as the case may be, of a term of this Agreement which breach remains uncured for 15 days after written notice is received by the party in breach from the party asserting the breach

Breach. Means any breach of, or any inaccuracy in, any representation or warranty or any breach of, or failure to perform or comply with, any covenant or obligation, in or of this Agreement or any other contract, or any event which with the passing of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute such a breach, inaccuracy or failure.

Breach. There shall be deemed to be a "Breach" of a representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or other provision if there is or has been any inaccuracy in or breach (including any inadvertent or innocent breach) of, or any failure (including any inadvertent failure) to comply with or perform, such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or other provision.
