Breach

Breach. Shall mean a breach by either the Grantee or the Company, as the case may be, of a term of this Agreement which breach remains uncured for 15 days after written notice is received by the party in breach from the party asserting the breach

Breach. (a) any inaccuracy in or breach of, or any failure to perform or comply with, such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision of this Agreement and the Schedules delivered pursuant to this Agreement, or (b) any claim (by any Person) or other occurrence or circumstance that is or was inconsistent with such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation, or other provision of this Agreement and the Schedules delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Breach.
