Example Definitions of "Bridge Financing"
Bridge Financing. Means, collectively, this Note, the Ciabattoni Note, the SMP Note and any other notes that the Company issues in conjunction with its February 2009 bridge financing.

Bridge Financing. A combination of at least $10,000,000 in the aggregate in unsecured loans and/or a non-voting, first-in, last-out tranche of the Revolving Commitments (as defined in the Credit Agreement) from one or more of the holders of the equity interests in the Parent that satisfies the requirements of the Lenders.
Bridge Financing. Shall mean the Company's private offering of an aggregate subscription amount of up to $2,000,000 through the issuance of common stock to certain accredited investors from June through February 2010.
