Bridge Notes

Bridge Notes. The meaning given it in the recitals of this Agreement

Bridge Notes. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in the fourth recital hereof.

Bridge Notes. Notes in the aggregate principal amount of $1,201,900 of short maturity issued by the Company prior to the date of this Rights Agreement, which are past due, and which contained provisions which permitted conversion into a private placement at a discounted price.

Bridge Notes. Those certain Second Amended and Restated Senior Secured Bridge Promissory Notes, dated as of August 20, 2014, by Emisphere in favor of the Bridge Note Holders, as may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time

Bridge Notes. The Second Amended and Restated Senior Secured Bridge Promissory Notes, dated as of the date hereof, issued by the Maker, together with any notes issued as paid-in-kind interest in respect thereof

Bridge Notes. This Note and the other 13% senior secured convertible promissory notes, dated as of the date hereof, issued by the Maker, including any notes issued as paid-in-kind interest in respect thereof, on terms substantially similar to this Note (other than the principal amount outstanding thereon)

Bridge Notes. The Note plus the other Convertible Promissory Notes, all of substantially identical tenor except as to the principal amount, issued by the Company on or about the Original Issue Date.
