Bridge Notes. This Note and the other 13% senior secured convertible promissory notes, dated as of the date hereof, issued by the Maker, including any notes issued as paid-in-kind interest in respect thereof, on terms substantially similar to this Note (other than the principal amount outstanding thereon)

Bridge Notes. The Note plus the other Convertible Promissory Notes, all of substantially identical tenor except as to the principal amount, issued by the Company on or about the Original Issue Date.
