BSC Licensed Patents. All definitions set forth in the Settlement Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit A) shall apply to this Agreement including, without limitation, the definitions of "Affiliates," "BSC Licensed Patents," "BSC License," "[***] Patents," "[***] Patent," "[***] patents," "[***] Patents," "Excluded Patents" and "Improvements."
