BSP Purchase Order

BSP Purchase Order. Means the product ordering document by which the BSP transmits BSP's orders for Products and/or Services from RIM, such authorized document(s) to be provided to the BSP either directly or when implemented by RIM, through a secure, password-protected web site maintained by RIM.
