Budget

Budget. Means the budget for the Research Plan, the initial version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, as amended in writing from time to time by the Parties.

Budget. Means (a) the thirteen-week cash requirements forecast setting forth Borrowers' projected cash receipts, disbursements, and Borrowings (including issuances of Letters of Credit) for the periods covered thereby or any other projections or forecasts prepared on a weekly basis by or on behalf of Borrowers and delivered by Administrative Borrower to Agent and Lenders pursuant to Section 6.18 hereto and (b) upon acceptance thereof, any... projections or forecasts delivered by Administrative Borrower to Agent and Lenders pursuant to Section 6.3(l) supplementing and superceding the Budget previously delivered to Agent and Lenders, in each case, which is in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent and Lenders at the time of delivery thereof. Budget. Shall mean the detailed budget of all costs to be incurred in connection with the Work, including both hard costs and soft costs, as set forth in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Budget. For the period after the effective date of this Third Amendment through December 31, 2007 shall mean the budget attached to this Third Amendment as Exhibit A, as such budget is amended from time-to-time by the Parties during the Term, and shall include the costs of Hit Characterization and certain equipment;
