Build-out Dates

Build-out Dates. Shall mean each of the dates on which Illumina completes the build-out stages of the collaboration's manufacturing capacity as described in clauses (a) through (b) of Section 3.1, and Invitrogen completes the build-out stages of the collaboration's manufacturing capacity as described in clause (c) of Section 3.1.
