Building Exterior Common Areas

Building Exterior Common Areas. Shall mean (A) the exterior of the Building and all of the improvements and real property on the Land, including, without limitation, all parking areas, enclosed or otherwise, and all streets, sidewalks, signs and landscaped areas located on or within the Land; and (B) all signs and landscaped areas located in public rights-of-way directly contiguous to the Land if and to the extent Landlord maintains such signs and landscaped areas from time to time.
