Building One Expansion Premises. The balance of the first floor of Building One, which the parties hereby conclusively agree contains a total of 42,835 rentable square feet together with the entire second floor of Building One, which the parties hereby conclusively agree contain a total of 43,320 rentable square feet, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached to this Second Amendment. The parties agree that the Building One Expansion Premises consists of a total of 86,155 rentable square feet.
