Building Structure

Building Structure. Means the structural components in the Building, including foundations, floor and ceiling slabs, roofs, exterior walls, exterior glass and mullions, columns, beams, shafts and emergency stairwells. The Building Structure excludes the Leasehold Improvements (and similar improvements to other premises) and the Mechanical Systems.
