Bullpen Targets

Bullpen Targets. Targets that are designated by the JSC during the Discovery Period as a source of potential Discovery Projects to be proposed for inclusion in the Program pursuant to Section 4.5 of the Original Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that as of the Amendment Date there are no Bullpen Targets.
