Burns Point PSA. That certain Purchase and Sale Agreement in respect of the Burns Point Operating Agreement and associated assets, entered into prior to the Burns Point Closing Date by and among any of Parent, the Borrower or a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower (as designated by Parent), as buyer, and Marathon Oil Company, an Ohio corporation, as seller.
