Example Definitions of "Business Debt"
Business Debt. (a) any indebtedness for borrowed money;(b) obligations for the deferred purchase price of property or services (c) other indebtedness that is evidenced by a note, bond, debenture or similar instrument; (d) obligations with respect to any letters of credit, bankers' acceptances, surety bonds, interest rate swap agreements, foreign currency exchange contracts or other hedging agreements; (e) any guaranty of the type of obligations described in (a)-(d) above; and (f) all accrued or accrued and... unpaid interest, fees, premiums, penalties and/or other amounts that would arise or become due in respect of any of the foregoing.
