Example Definitions of "Business Opportunity"
Business Opportunity. Shall mean any commercial, investment or other business opportunity relating to the Business.

Business Opportunity. Any actual or potential commercial, investment or other business opportunity of any member of the Company Group or relating to the Business about which an Eligible Executive learned Confidential Information during the Eligible Executive's employment with any member of the Company Group.
