Business Unit. An entity, whether or not incorporated, more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding ownership interests of which are owned by the Company, directly or indirectly through one or more ownership chains where each link in the chain owns more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding ownership interests of the next link (either alone or together with other links in the same chain or another chain).
