Buyer Intellectual Property
Buyer Intellectual Property. Means all intellectual property owned by Buyer which Buyer provides or discloses to Supplier for Supplier's use in the course of any Project, including all inventions, discoveries, developments, improvements, works of authorship, patent rights, copyrights, industrial design rights, database rights, trade secrets, and know-how.
