Buyer LPA

Buyer LPA. Means the limited partnership agreement of Buyer the terms of which shall be the same in all material respects as set forth in the Term Sheet, as modified and supplemented by this Agreement, and which shall otherwise be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Parties.
