Buyer Products

Buyer Products. Means any Products designed, developed, modified, enhanced, manufactured, marketed and distributed by or on behalf of Buyer or an Affiliate that are primarily used in the Business, including all successor products and new versions thereof for use in the Business, and includes the provision of services related to such Products.
