Buyer

Buyer. Shall mean US Airways Group, Inc., a company with its corporate address at 4000 East Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ, 85034, United States of America or any assignee that is assigned the right to purchase an Aircraft prior to its delivery in accordance with Article 14 hereof.

Buyer. Means with respect to a Service specified in a Project Statement, the party receiving such Service as specified in the Project Statement.

Buyer. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
