Buyers Closing Documents

Buyers Closing Documents. Shall mean the agreements and documents set forth in Section 10 below, each of which is to be executed by Buyer and/or delivered to 3 Seller on the Closing Date and all other consents, certificates, documents and instruments to be delivered by Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
