CAB. A conditionally active biologic therapeutic molecule (which may, but need not, be a monoclonal antibody) designed or developed for selective conditional activation under specific microphysical conditions. For clarity, except as otherwise expressly specified in a particular context, the term CAB refers to a molecule described in the preceding sentence that is not in an ACT format.
