Calendar Month

Calendar Month. Means the period beginning on and including the first of each calendar month and ending on and including the last day of such calendar month.

Calendar Month. Shall mean the period of time beginning on the numeric day in question in a calendar month and for Calendar Months thereafter, beginning on the earlier of (i) the same numeric day of the next calendar month or (ii) the last day of the next calendar month. Each Calendar Month shall end on the day immediately preceding the beginning of the next succeeding Calendar Month.

Calendar Month. Means a calendar month or, with respect to the first month of the Term the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the first day of the first full calendar month thereafter and with respect to the last month of the Term the period beginning on the first day after the last day of the last full calendar month of the Term and ending on the last day of the Term.

Calendar Month. Means any of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November or December, as applicable.

Calendar Month.
