Calendar Year Target Performance Shares. Means, with respect to the applicable calendar year during the Performance Period, the product of the Target Performance Shares multiplied by the Applicable Calendar Year Percentage. If the result is a fractional number, the number will be rounded down to the next whole Share with any fractional portion carried forward.
