Calendar Year

Calendar Year. Each period during the Term commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31 of such calendar year; provided, however, that (i) the first Calendar Year of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the same calendar year and (ii) the last Calendar Year of this Agreement shall commence on January 1 of the calendar year in which this Agreement terminates or expires and end on the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement

Calendar Year. January 1 through December 31 of a given year

Calendar Year. The twelve (12) month period commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year during the Term.

Calendar Year. Means the period of four consecutive Calendar Quarters beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each calendar year.

Calendar Year. In respect of any particular year, the one (1) year period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31; provided, however, that the first Calendar Year shall begin on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the calendar year during which the Effective Date occurs

Calendar Year. The period from the date of the first commercial sale of Products in the United States until December 31st of such year, and thereafter each period of twelve (12) months from January Ist to December 31st in each and every year and the period from January lst to the date of termination of this Agreement
