Example Definitions of "Calendar Year"
Calendar Year. Means, for the first Calendar Year, the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending December 31, 2006, and for each Calendar Year thereafter, each successive period beginning on January 1 and ending twelve (12) consecutive calendar months later on December 31; provided, however, that the last Calendar Year of the Term will be the period beginning on January 1 and ending on the effective date of expiration or termination of the Term. Calendar Year. The year ended December 31st and any portion thereof treated by the Internal Revenue Service as a reporting period for the Company.
Calendar Year. Means a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months ending on December 31, or any partial period thereof immediately following the Effective Date or immediately prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
