Camelot Assets

Camelot Assets. Shall mean all of the assets and properties that were owned by Camelot or any of the subsidiaries of Camelot before the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Camelot Purchase Agreements and are or have been owned or acquired by Borrowers or Guarantors at any time after the effectiveness of the transactions contemplated by the Camelot Purchase Agreements, including, without limitation, all Accounts, Inventory, Equipment, Real Property, in each case, wherever located.
