Canadian Credit Facility. The loans and letter of credit accommodations now or hereafter made by or on behalf of, or provided by or on behalf of, Canadian Lender to or for the benefit of Canadian Borrower on a revolving basis pursuant to Sections 2.1(b) and 2.2(b) of the Loan Agreement.
