Canadian Securities Laws. The securities acts or similar statues of the Canadian Jurisdictions and all applicable regulations, rules, policy statements, national instruments including the MJDS Rule, notices and blanket orders or rulings thereunder and includes any decision document providing for the eligibility of the Company to use the MJDS Rule
