CANCELED PO. When an Accepted P.O. is made null and void pursuant to this 2 Agreement, it is referred to as a "CANCELED P.O." Under certain circumstances, when a P.O. is not assignable to the Contractor, the Contractor will accept an assignment of the proceeds of the P.O. In such cases, the terms P.O. and Accepted P.O. will mean the proceeds of such P.O. or Accepted P.O. as the case may be.
