Capacity

Capacity. The number of Lines that HSIPL can complete in a given month, which HSIPL shall advise Spheris in accordance with the provisions of Clause 8.3.

Capacity. Shall mean the Gbps of telecommunications capacity available on the Purchased Fibers from time to time.

Capacity. The quantity of Glass Capsules that MG is able to produce under normal conditions, using the Initial Equipment and Tooling as stated in Schedule 4, which shall be revised as agreed by the parties as capacity changes.
