Capital Commitments
Capital Commitments. Means, in respect of any Guarantor, the commitment of each Investor in such Guarantor to fund such Guarantor in the amount set forth in, and pursuant to the terms of, such Investor's subscription agreement and such Guarantor's partnership agreement, as such documents may be amended from time to time.
