Capital Contribution

Capital Contribution. Shall mean, as at any date of determination thereof, the sum of (a) the aggregate net cash proceeds received (i) by the Company during the period commencing on the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date through and including such date of determination in respect of equity contributions and (ii) by Restricted Subsidiaries during such period in respect of equity contributions (other than equity contributions made by the Company or other ... Capital Contribution. Applicable to a specified Purchased Alternative Asset means the Net Asset Value of such Applicable Asset, of which the Purchased Alternative Asset is a part, as provided in Exhibit A attached hereto multiplied by the Participation Percentage.

Capital Contribution. Means any cash, cash equivalents, promissory obligations, or the fair market value of other property which a holder of Units of the Company contributes or is deemed to have contributed to the Company with respect to the issuance of any Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, the Capital Contributions of the Investor shall be deemed to include all amounts paid by or on behalf of the Investor to acquire Units pursuant to the Unit Purchase Agreement and the Investor Purchase Agreement.

Capital Contribution. The contributions by the Members to the capital of the Company.

Capital Contribution. Means for any Limited Partners and General Partners of a Fund, the sum of the cash and other property required to be contributed to the Fund's capital in connection with a capital call, when requested.

Capital Contribution. Means the total amount of cash and the fair market value of any other assets contributed (or deemed contributed under United States Internal Revenue Regulation § 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(d)) to the Company by a Member, net of liabilities assumed or to which the assets are subject. The Capital Contributions of the Members as of the date of this Agreement, with a cost or value schedule, are set forth on Exhibit 2.

Capital Contribution. Means, with respect to any Member, the amount guarantied by such Member to or for the Company. 29

Capital Contribution. Means, with respect to any Partner, the sum of (a) the amount of money plus (b) the Fair Value of any other property (net of liabilities assumed or to which the property is subject) at the time of contribution, in each case contributed to the Partnership with respect to the Interest held by such Partner pursuant to this Agreement.

Capital Contribution. Means each PURCHASERS cash payment aggregating a total of up to $25,391,200 million to EGI as set forth on Schedule "A", as updated from time to time by the Parties.

Capital Contribution. The total of cash and other assets contributed to the Company by the Member.
