Example Definitions of "Capital Contributions"
Capital Contributions. Means (a) with respect to the Investors (other that BFSC), the capital contributions into OFLLC which are set forth next to the name of each such Investor on Exhibit A attached hereto, and (b) with respect to BFSC, the consummation of the Mergers that are more particularly described in the Merger Agreement.
