Capital Cure Amount

Capital Cure Amount. With respect to any Capital Support Event, an amount that, when added to the funds available to the Borrower under and in accordance with the Credit Agreement, will satisfy the Borrower's working capital requirements for the fiscal quarter following such Capital Support Event.
