Capital Event Proceeds

Capital Event Proceeds. Means all proceeds that the Company receives for its own account resulting from any sale, exchange, or other dispositions of property of the Company, including condemnation or casualty, less the payment of all expenses of the Company incurred in connection with such item of Capital Event Proceeds, as the case may be.
