Example Definitions of "Capital Lease"
Capital Lease. As applied to any Person, any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person as lessee that, in conformity with GAAP, is or should be accounted for as a capital lease on the balance sheet of that Person
Capital Lease. As applied to any Person, means any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by that Person or entity as lessee that, in conformity with GAAP, is or should be accounted for as a capital lease on the balance sheet of that Person or entity.

Capital Lease. Any lease or similar arrangement that is classified as a capital lease pursuant to GAAP.
Capital Lease. Means any lease which, pursuant to GAAP, is required to be treated as a capital or financing lease, rather than an operating lease or true lease.
