Capital Securities

Capital Securities. Means the Preferred Stock, the Common Stock and any securities or obligations that are exercisable for, convertible into or exchangeable for shares of Common Stock including options, warrants or other rights to subscribe for or purchase other securities that are convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock. Capital Securities does not include the NTN common stock obtained pursuant to Section 4 hereof.

Capital Securities. Means, with respect to any Person, any and all interests, including shares of capital stock, membership interest in limited liability companies and general or limited partnership interests in any partnership participations or other equivalents (however designated whether voting or non- voting) of such Person's capital, whether now outstanding or issued after this date of this Appendix.

Capital Securities. Shall mean the Floating Rate Capital Securities, Series A, Liquidation Amount $1,000 per Capital Security, to be issued under the Trust Agreement and sold to the Purchaser, and securities issued in exchange therefor, other than Debentures, or in lieu thereof pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
