Capital Spending Forecast

Capital Spending Forecast. With respect to each Fiscal Year, the forecast/budget of the Capital Spending of the Company approved by the Board preceding such Fiscal Year, or if no such forecast is adopted prior to the beginning of such Fiscal Year, then the first forecast of Capital Spending of the Company approved by the Board during such Fiscal Year.

Capital Spending Forecast. With respect to each Fiscal Year, the forecast/budget of the Capital Spending of the Company approved by the Board preceding such Fiscal Year, and for 2009 shall be $750 million.
