Example Definitions of "Capital Stock"
Capital Stock. The Common Stock and the Preferred Stock.
Capital Stock. The term "Capital Stock" shall mean and include, collectively, all shares of capital stock (whether denominated as common or preferred stock), partnership, limited liability company, or membership interests, joint venture interests or other ownership interests in or equivalents of or in a Person (other than an individual), whether voting or non-voting.
Capital Stock. All classes or series of stock of the Company
Capital Stock. Of any Person means any and all shares of, warrants or options or similar securities that provide a right to purchase or acquire, the equity of such Person, but excluding any debt securities convertible into such equity.
