Capital Z. Means, collectively, Capital Z Financial Services Fund II, L.P., a Bermuda limited partnership, and Capital Z Financial Services Private Fund II, L.P., a Bermuda limited partnership, and their respective successors, together with any Permitted Transferee to which Shares held by any of them shall have been transferred, directly or indirectly.
