Example Definitions of "Capitalized Lease Obligations"
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Means, with respect to any Person, all rental obligations of such Person which, under GAAP, are or will be required to be capitalized on the books of such Person, in each case taken at the amount thereof accounted for as indebtedness in accordance with such principles.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. With respect to any Capitalized Lease means the amount of the thereunder which would, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles appear on a balance sheet of such Lease in respect of such Capitalized Lease.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Shall mean all obligations under Capital Leases of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries in each case taken at the amount thereof accounted for as liabilities in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Of any Person means the obligations of such Person to pay rent or other amounts under a lease that is required to be capitalized for financial reporting purposes in accordance with GAAP, and the amount of such obligations will be the capitalized amount thereof determined in accordance with GAAP.

Capitalized Lease Obligations. Means the amount of liability reflecting the aggregate discounted amount of future payments under all Capitalized Leases calculated in accordance with GAAP, including Statement Nos. 13 and 98 of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease that, in accordance with GAAP, have been or should be capitalized on the books of the lessee and, for purposes hereof, the amount of any such obligations shall be the capitalized amount thereof determined in accordance with GAAP.
