Example Definitions of "Capitalized Lease Obligations"
Capitalized Lease Obligations. With respect to any Person, all rental obligations of such Person which, under GAAP, are or will be required to be capitalized on the books of such Person, in each case taken at the amount thereof accounted for as Indebtedness in accordance with such principles.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Any obligation of the Borrower under a lease which, under GAAP, is or will be required to be capitalized for financial reporting purposes.
Capitalized Lease Obligations. Shall mean, for any Person, all obligations of such Person to pay rent or other amounts under a lease of (or other agreement conveying the right to use) property to the extent such obligations are required to be classified and accounted for as a capital lease on a balance sheet of such Person under GAAP, and, for purposes of this Guaranty, the amount of such obligations shall be the capitalized amount thereof, determined in accordance with GAAP.
