Capitalized Lease

Capitalized Lease. As applied to any Person means any lease of any property (whether real, personal or mixed) by such Person as lessee which would, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, be required to be classified and accounted for as a capital lease on the balance sheet of such Person.

Capitalized Lease. Means any lease under which any obligations of the lessee are, or are required to be, capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America.

Capitalized Lease. Means any lease, the obligations under which have been, or in accordance with GAAP are required to be, recorded as a capital lease liability on the balance sheet of the Borrower.

Capitalized Lease. Shall mean any lease of an asset by the Company or any subsidiary as lessee which would, in conformity with GAAP, be required to be accounted for as a capital lease on the balance sheet of the Company or such subsidiary. -30-

Capitalized Lease. Means a lease under which the obligations of the lessee should, in accordance with GAAP consistently applied, be included in determining total liabilities as shown on the liability side of a balance sheet of the lessee.

Capitalized Lease. Means any lease which is required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of the lessee in accordance with GAAP, including Statement Nos. 13 and 98 of the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Capitalized Lease. Means, with respect to any Person, any lease of real or personal property by such Person as lessee which is required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person.

Capitalized Lease. Means a lease under which the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries is the lessee or obligor, the discounted future rental payment obligations under which are required to be capitalized on the balance sheet of the lessee or obligor in accordance with GAAP.
